Mila O'Brien
Co-Owner/Founder--34 Week Class Instructor (Acro/Dance)--All-Star Coach
Mila was born and raised in Fort Dodge, Iowa. She grew up dancing and partcipating in gymnastics, which led her to dance in college for the University of Nebraska-Omaha Dance Team. During her time on the team she
competed at NDA Nationals in Daytona Beach, FL. While in college, she also spent her
summers traveling throughout Iowa teaching High School Cheer and Dance camps, teaching acro classes and working
as the assistant coach to the Millard North Dance Team. August of 2022 will mark the beginning of Mila’s 15th season as the assistant coach to the 27x State Champion and 4x National Champion Millard North Dance Team.
Along with coaching at Millard North, she also taught Family and Consumer Science from 2011-2020. In September of 2018, Mila opened NO LIMITS Dance and Acrobatic Training with her sister/co-owner Andrea Feltz and co-founder
Amy Hothan. The three worked hard to establish dance (specifically dance team) and acro training opportunities to all dancers in the Omaha area to help them grow and build confidance.
Mila and Andrea spent several years coaching high school dance team and preparing young dancers in the metro area for high school tryouts. However, they always had a vision to bring a youth competitive dance team to the Omaha area. This led to the start of NO LIMITS All-Stars competitive program in the fall of 2019. This program along with teaching weekly classes has been such a rewarding experience and allowed Mila to meet so many amazing young dancers, families and do what she loves on the daily with so many talented dance teachers/coaches.
Mila is a USASF (United States All-Star Federation) member, NDCA (National Dance Coaches Association) member and NDCA District 7 High School representative.
Mila and her husband Jamie have been married for ten years and have two children; Elenora and Macklin.
